My mother told me after thinking that "Clean " needs clean government agencies, clean education, clean culture, clean hospitals, etc. Honesty, literally, means not to take undeserved money, and to deal with things fairly and justly; from a large perspective, the stability, prosperity, and sustainable development of a country cannot be separated from clean governance in order to establish a high degree of government credibility.
