For a long time, Flanders's main business has been pharmaceutical excipients pellets and coating powder. With the continuous decline of the profit margin of the pharmaceutical excipients market, the development of the enterprise has also encountered bottlenecks, and it is urgent to adjust the development thinking. Under the background of the current national development of a large health industry, Flanders has conducted in-depth research on the new food market, and determined to use its own R & D advantages and the accumulation of new food formulas to focus its work on R & D and production of functional foods. For this reason, Jianfeng Flanders Company began to prepare to apply for the "Food Production License" at the beginning of 2019 . On the basis of the completion of the transformation of the production workshop and laboratory, it also made more detailed transformation to the various functions of the workshop according to the special requirements of food production, and purchased necessary production equipment and testing instruments. All employees also actively studied and implemented various examination rules, according to the functional food research and development, production related standards completed the software construction. 4 9 , in accordance with the requirements of the "General Rules for Examination of Food Production License", "Detailed Rules for Examination of Production License for Beverage (Solid Beverage) and Candy (Tablet Candy) Products" and Tianjin Market Supervision Law [2015 ] 20 , Tianjin Food Examination Center sent personnel to conduct on-site examination of food production license of Jianfeng Flanders Company. Finally, the on-site verification was passed with a score of 92 (out of 97 ).

Nutritional molecular functional food, that is, considering the formula design from the perspective of the nutrition required by the human body, determining the correlation between ingredients and human body functions at the molecular level, looking for a breakthrough from the perspective of food functions, and determining product differences. In the next three years, Flanders will focus on the research and development of nutritional molecular functional foods, establish and develop brands, build a high-level R & D system, comprehensively carry out technological innovation and intellectual property strategies, and establish new talent development and Internet strategies. Support, integrate new businesses into the global industrial chain and serve more sub-health people. Based on the technological achievements accumulated over the years, Flanders has identified a number of series of nutritional molecular functional foods, and the first batch will launch a series of confectionery and beverage products with plant ingredient formula and amino acid compound and added in the form of pellets.
