News In order to effectively publicize and implement the newly revised "Production Safety Accident Emergency Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations"), Zhou Jiping, general manager of Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company, recently organized middle-level managers to learn the "Production Safety Accident Emergency Regulations" at a regular safety meeting.
The newly revised "Regulations on Emergency Response to Production Safety Accidents" will come into effect on 2019 4 1 , further clarify the production safety responsibility and production safety responsibility of production and business operation units, construction project "three simultaneous " , inspection, risk classification control, hazard source management, emergency management and accident report and other institutional measures, and strengthen the safety production training for employees, and stipulate the safety production rights of employees in six aspects and safety production obligations in five aspects, it also emphasizes the four acts that safe production and business units must not damage the safety production rights of employees. The new "Regulations" also clarify and strengthen the safety production regulations in high-risk industries such as mines. If a production and business operation entity violates the relevant provisions of the Regulations, it will be fined yuan to 50 yuan according to the circumstances. If a production safety accident occurs, it will face penalties such as suspension or revocation of its qualification related to production safety and a fine of up to 80% of the previous year's annual income. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the criminal law. At the same time, the new "Regulations" have refined and improved the provisions of the "Safety Production Law", which is more innovative and effective.
For this reason, Yunnan Jianfeng has focused on the publicity and study of these aspects. The Safety and Environmental Protection Department has also issued a learning notice to all employees to clarify their work responsibilities, strengthen supervision and guidance, earnestly implement the study, publicity and implementation of the new Regulations, and create a strong atmosphere of public opinion and a good law enforcement environment for the implementation of the new Regulations.
