The new "Regulations" also clarify and strengthen the safety production regulations in high-risk industries such as mines. If a production and business operation entity violates the relevant provisions of the Regulations, it will be fined yuan to 50 yuan according to the circumstances. If a production safety accident occurs, it will face penalties such as suspension or revocation of its qualification related to production safety and a fine of up to 80% of the previous year's annual income. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the criminal law. At the same time, the new "Regulations" have refined and improved the provisions of the "Safety Production Law", which is more innovative and effective.
For this reason, Yunnan Jianfeng has focused on the publicity and study of these aspects.
