pharmaceutical water and air conditioning system is an important facility for the daily operation of pharmaceutical companies, and is also an important focus of on-site verification by major regulatory agencies GMP . Therefore, it is very important for the operation and maintenance of the system and the management personnel to master and understand the design, construction, installation, verification and daily operation of the system.
This training was conducted by teachers Ke Zhengxian and Jia Xiaoyan of Aoxing, they covered process water system risk control measures and validation, clean compressed air system validation and routine maintenance, HVAC system risk control and validation, technology transfer project planning, risk assessment and implementation activities, process validation design based on life cycle approach, risk assessment, management and implementation. The training also adopts the form of group discussion, and the trainees interact with the teachers in the classroom, which improves the training effect.
Through training, the trainees of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Factory learned the latest requirements of the latest regulatory compass for process water system and HVAC system, clean compressed air system verification and operation maintenance knowledge, and improved the technical level in operation maintenance and verification of public systems.
