Why is this happening? As the head of two chemical plants, I often ask myself.
In recent years, I have visited at least 50 parks in China. There are three reasons for this: firstly, investors and shareholders are eager for quick success and instant benefits. A certain variety is launched in a hurry, while investors do not understand the operation characteristics of the chemical, equipment and chemical industries, which leads to being abandoned or shut down halfway due to process problems, industry cycle shutdown, safety and environmental protection, etc, to the integration of resources to bring huge waste and negative impact. The second is the lack of overall planning and operation of the industry. The chemical and chemical industry and its derived pharmaceuticals, pesticides, materials, fuels, electronic chemicals, daily chemicals, etc., have their own development laws, especially the parts involved in chemical reactions, which are technology-intensive, labor-intensive (under the condition that the degree of automation is not high), investment-intensive and resource-intensive industries, the factory needs continuous investment ability and improvement space in personnel, variety, technology, safety, environmental protection and capital, so as to make the factory a global standardized factory. The third is the market and innovation strategy. As the basic and strategic industry of a country, chemistry level determines the industrial level and equipment level of a country. How to set its own benchmark in the world's industrial forest, innovation ability is very important. What does innovation rely on? Rely on strategy and people, strategy determines the market positioning, by people to complete innovation and leadership, which is our industry is now the most lack of two points.
Now, facing the predicament of the chemical and chemical industry, I hope to change the attitude of more people around me towards chemistry in 5-10 and devote myself to chemistry. I also hope to sail against the current in my own work, cultivate chemistry deeply and strengthen the national industry of chemistry. In our industry, from the quality and research and development of drugs to the safety, environmental protection and automation of the site, all inputs must be controlled by people with corresponding capabilities. How to create an environment to retain talent? In addition to the change of the social environment and the promotion of the overall industry, we also need to give enough care to our employees. In addition to safety and environmental protection, there are also all-round care for life, entertainment, learning and education, marriage and family. At present, we have done a lot of work in joint school training, transportation and accommodation, leisure and entertainment, and we will continue to work hard to give everyone enough care and sense of security.
Fundamental changes in equipment and automation. Most factories are still kettle-type reactions, relying on crowd tactics and high-intensity shifts to save costs, but this has lagged far behind the fully automated production and continuous reaction processes of the same industry abroad, and we have lagged behind in design. Therefore, what needs to be considered now is how to keep materials away from the air, keep employees away from materials, create a good working environment for employees, and at the same time improve the quality and treatment of employees, so as to become a real industrial 3.0-4.0 enterprise.
Further strengthen industry research and integration. At present, many industries have overcapacity, and the integration of many industries after non-standard brings huge opportunities, so we need to study the global market in depth. Ten years of sharpening a sword, leaving enough time for planning and integration is very necessary. We not only want to make profits, but also have strategies and coordination to become the backbone of the chemical industry.
