was put into production in 2008 , daye peak raw meal feeding kiln metering scale has used a punching plate flowmeter. with the increase of service life, equipment wear leads to large fluctuation of raw meal feeding kiln metering, unstable hoist current and unstable kiln condition. In response to this situation, Daye Peak upgraded the raw material feeding kiln metering scale, using the Steber TSLC raw material scale instead of the punching plate flowmeter. The scale has reasonable configuration, uniform feeding, accurate measurement, stable and reliable operation, and realizes continuous and high-precision quantitative feeding of powder by adjusting the rotor speed with fast and accurate control output. The use of this transformation not only ensures the stability of raw material flow into the kiln, the stability of the current of the kiln hoist, but also ensures the stability of the kiln condition.
