Dr. Jiang Xinwang is an associate professor and master tutor of School of Economics and Management of Zhejiang Normal University, and the director of MBA Education Center. The background and reasons for proposing "high-quality development"; combined with a series of new policies introduced during the 18th and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the new characteristics of China, the domestic economic environment, this paper analyzes the current structural changes of China's economy, and expounds the background of the Sino US trade war, which has been widely concerned and has affected many domestic enterprises in the past year. He pointed out that the root cause of the problems encountered in China's current economic development and the Sino-US trade war is the rapid rise of China's economy and the changes in international trade rules.
