New North Card organized acrolein material leakage emergency drill

News from our newspaper In order to create a safe production atmosphere, create a safe and stable working environment, and build a safe factory, 3# August 31 , Anhui New North Card Chemical Company organized employees to conduct a special emergency drill for acrolein material leakage.

This exercise simulated that acrolein splashed on the ground and employees' eyes and bodies during the pumping process of CN synthetic post, causing poisoning and falling to the ground. The emergency rescue technical team shall immediately start the emergency rescue plan after receiving the safety warning call. The emergency rescue technical team summoned all rescue teams to the scene and informed all personnel in the workshop to wear full face masks to prevent secondary poisoning. The emergency rescue team put on biochemical suit and positive pressure respirator, and carried the injured staff to the emergency assembly point to the medical rescue team. The medical team washed the eyes of the injured staff repeatedly with normal saline and sent them to the hospital for medical treatment; the emergency rescue team covered the acrolein liquid leaked on the ground with calcium hydroxide and sand and transferred it to the hazardous waste warehouse for sealing treatment. When there is no obvious acrolein smell on the site, the on-site monitoring team uses portable combustible gas detector and other tools to detect the acrolein concentration on the site. Finally, the leakage of acrolein was controlled and the drill was successfully completed. After the
