The production process of each unit under the Group involves the use of hazardous chemicals by pharmaceutical companies and Jianfeng Health Technology Company. Peak health is mainly the use of alcohol for plant extraction, and pharmaceutical production enterprises in the production process of the use of more types of hazardous chemicals, in addition to flammable and explosive products, there are highly toxic chemicals.

3 22 , Jinxi Factory, Xinbeika and Zhongwang Pharmaceutical held special meetings respectively to report the accident and organize personnel to carry out safety hazard investigation, focusing on the integrity of equipment and facilities in hazardous chemicals production areas and storage areas (tank areas and warehouses), whether the safety operation procedures are sound and perfect, and whether the emergency facilities are in good condition.

Because of the characteristics of the pharmaceutical and health industry, pharmaceutical companies and Peak Health attach great importance to the management of hazardous chemicals. Peak Health has full-time safety officers to carry out safety inspections every day and upload production-related information to the provincial big data platform for risk prevention and control of hazardous chemicals. Safety education is provided to operators from time to time to ensure safe operation. When the Jinxi plant was built, it strictly followed the principle of three simultaneous construction of pollution prevention and control facilities and three simultaneous labor safety and health facilities. The liquid hazardous chemicals of Zhongwang Pharmaceutical are stored in storage tanks outside the workshop. The solid hazardous chemicals are placed in Class A warehouse. The safety data sheets of all kinds of hazardous chemicals are placed near the hazardous chemicals warehouse to facilitate understanding of the characteristics. Safety facilities have combustible gas detectors, which will report to the police in time if they leak. When loading and unloading, a "tanker loading and unloading permit" shall be issued. When using, a picking list shall be issued, and the surplus shall be returned to the warehouse in time.

In response to the explosion accident, the group company also issued a notice requiring all units to closely follow the follow-up report of the accident, understand the cause of the accident in time, and carry out targeted prevention.

3 June 26 , the inspection team led by Chen Tianci, director of the group's safety management office, began to carry out special inspection and risk assessment of production safety within the scope of the company's production enterprises, to find dangerous sources at the production site, and to carry out inspection and risk assessment of hazardous operation sites, production, storage and use of hazardous chemicals.

Chen Tianci introduced that the company will conduct monthly safety inspections and regularly organize employee safety production education and training. Safety management includes the integrity, operability and control of safety rules and regulations, familiarity and implementation of safety operation procedures, safety education and training, and special operation management, the standardization of safety management ledger and other contents, hazard source risk assessment mainly focuses on hazardous processes, hazardous posts, production, storage and use of hazardous chemicals, and safety of special equipment to carry out inspection and risk assessment. The main accident types, trigger conditions, accident consequences, accident plans, etc. that may occur in each process are listed and analyzed according to the requirements of safe and controllable risk sources, complete and reliable facilities, and scientific operation specifications to form a self-assessment report.

At the same time, the group will also take this incident as an accident case, carry out publicity and education, analyze the subjective and objective causes of triggering the accident, carry out comparative inspection and risk assessment of hazard sources, do a good job in all aspects of hidden danger management, further deepen safety management, improve management ability and ensure normal and safe production of the company.
