Fang Zuwen: Hard-working and simple gardener

Every guest who has been to Yunnan Peak will praise the beautiful environment of the factory. The flowers in full bloom in different seasons, the green lawn, the growing and lush trees, and the elegant and unique arched flowers cannot be separated from the efforts of the old master Fang Zuwen of the comprehensive management department.

Fang Zuwen is not good-looking and has a low culture. His work clothes are either dirt or oil. When he is clean, his hands are covered with calluses. He is an old employee of Yunnan Jianfeng. He took part in the work in 1995 and went to relay cement factory. He has worked in the positions of raw material drying, cement gypsum breaking, finished product warehouse and so on. Since his transformation to Yunnan Peak, he has devoted himself to his work and career. No matter what the leader or his colleagues give him, no matter how difficult it is, he will do everything possible to complete it with quality and quantity. In 2017 , due to job adjustment, Fang Zuwen was transferred from the packaging workshop to the comprehensive management department. He began to be responsible for the greening management and logistics and miscellaneous maintenance of the whole factory area, and also served as the monitor of the cleaning class. He had never been in contact with the work of cutting and maintaining flowers and plants before, and he was too old. However, in the face of new tasks and work, he did not shrink back. He taught himself by taking the initiative to go to the surrounding green management units, mobile phones and other ways, and in view of the diseases and insect pests of different trees, flowers and plants, he modestly took specimens to the plant protection station to consult experts to find ways to control insects. As long as there are signs of diseases, flowers and trees, he always takes care of the scorching heat and sprayers. Last winter, when he saw the trees on both sides of the road whitewashed, he led the cleaning team to whitewash all the trees in the factory to prevent insects.

It is Fang Zuwen's excellent quality not to be afraid of hardship, dirt and tiredness. Last year, in order to prevent typhoon "mangosteen" and ensure the smooth flow of drainage ditch at the gate of the factory, he received an urgent task at the end of work. He led the cleaning team to jump into a drainage ditch with high weeds, sludge knee-high and domestic garbage everywhere without saying anything. He split a drainage ditch nearly one kilometer long with sickle, hoe and hand. Looking at their sweat soaked through their clothes and covered in mud, everyone couldn't help but give them a big compliment in their hearts. Last year, in 4 , he washed the site beside the raw meal mill with a sprinkler. He and his supervisor Gong Liucheng took turns. In the cold season, his clothes were soaked and he didn't finish the task until 2 pm. Weed cleaning on the dam of Jiufang Reservoir is the responsibility area assigned by the township government to Yunnan Jianfeng. It has a large area, many stones, dense weeds, and steep slopes. It is quite difficult to clean up. Fang Zuwen knew it was difficult to go up. Despite the hot weather, in order to catch up with the time, a person brought his lunch to the scene and cleaned it up in two days. The factory area is close to the northeast corner of the packaging wall, which turned out to be a dead corner of greening. The area is uneven, sundries, weeds and riprap, which directly affects the overall environment of the factory area. Under his leadership, a new green area has been created by car pushing, people carrying and shoulder carrying. The toilet at the triangle of the upper mine is a key toilet in the production plant. Due to the interruption of water supply for a period of time due to the pipeline renovation, there is no water to flush. The toilet stinks and cannot be entered. Fang Zuwen and the cleaning team Yang Shaocai smoked their nose and cleaned it up with a shovel, and then let the sprinkler pull water for flushing...

In 2018 , Fang Zuwen was rated as the excellent employee of Yunnan Peak Year, he always said, thanks to the changes that the peak has brought to his life, the little bit by bit of the peak, along with his happy journey, let him become a worker from a poor family, with a happy family full of children and grandchildren. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

Due to the achievements made in the establishment of secondary safety production standardization, daye peak cement company recently received a special award of 200000 yuan from daye municipal government. In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. It is understood that among the industrial and commercial enterprises in daye city, there were 4 enterprises that applied for and passed the examination in 2015, but only daye peak passed the examination before December. On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
