In terms of management mode, I have always advocated legal governance and comprehensive assessment. Therefore, in the report on work in 2018 , I wrote that in order to strengthen the concept of the rule of law of managers and improve the ability of managers to formulate and implement systems, the rule of law should be the main way of management at the grassroots level. When formulating the system, we should form a positive interaction with front-line employees. In the performance appraisal management, the performance integral system is the basic implementation method of performance appraisal. The main body of performance appraisal is quantitative form, supplemented by qualitative evaluation, which makes the appraisal content more complete and the appraisal more comprehensive.
In terms of on-site management, on-site management is incorporated into the quality management system, with lean and improvement as the concept, 6S management as the basic implementation method, and performance points system as the evaluation method, raising the level of on-site management to a new height. In order to improve the executive power, we should strengthen the company's cultural training of "collecting and balancing", unify our thinking, and adhere to the four steps of "setting goals, controlling progress, grasping evaluation and standardizing" in the process of implementation, so as to gradually improve the executive power and efficiency. In the construction of grass-roots teams, we should pay close attention to the construction of teams and groups. The key to the construction of teams and groups is to select and use team leaders. We should adhere to the cultivation of excellent "non commissioned officers" at the grass-roots level and improve the comprehensive quality and ability of the grass-roots level. (Liu Bin)

Vocational skill level identification examination!
On June 16 and 18, the theoretical and practical examinations for the determination of professional skill level in the peak pharmaceutical sector were held successively in Jinxi pharmaceutical factory.
