In the performance appraisal management, the performance integral system is the basic implementation method of performance appraisal. The main body of performance appraisal is quantitative form, supplemented by qualitative evaluation, which makes the appraisal content more complete and the appraisal more comprehensive.
In terms of on-site management, on-site management is incorporated into the quality management system, with lean and improvement as the concept, 6S management as the basic implementation method, and performance points system as the evaluation method, raising the level of on-site management to a new height. In order to improve the executive power, we should strengthen the company's cultural training of "collecting and balancing", unify our thinking, and adhere to the four steps of "setting goals, controlling progress, grasping evaluation and standardizing" in the process of implementation, so as to gradually improve the executive power and efficiency.
