At present, the departments and personnel of the two factories, such as salary distribution, file management, material statistics, instrument calibration and procurement, have been adjusted and integrated accordingly.
According to Zheng Kunwu, the two factories are merged into one factory and implement unified management, aiming to improve management efficiency and management level through the integration of institutions, resources and personnel. Through centralized management and integration of technical forces, according to enterprise management and market demand, the professional quality of employees can be further improved with unified standards, on-site standardized management can be strengthened, existing product quality can be improved, product production costs can be reduced, and new product docking speed can be accelerated; human resources can also be reasonably scheduled through reasonable arrangements for different product production tasks in the two factories, in order to solve the problem of labor shortage caused by more retirement of old employees and increasing production tasks in the two factories in recent years, and further improve production management.
