Picking up Steel Ball

The overhaul of our Yunnan Peak this year is scheduled to stop the kiln on # June 16 , and then the intensive picking and repair work will begin. From mine belt conveyor to raw material homogenization warehouse, to coal mill raw material mill, to kiln to finished product warehouse, etc., the whole system should be checked and repaired one by one from beginning to end. I saw the mechanic masters sweating and fighting day and night on the front line. We are not willing to be outdone and do our best to make a modest contribution to the overhaul.

During this period, the number of samples tested by our quality management department will be reduced a lot. So every year when it comes to major repairs, we will help pick up steel balls. This is the only thing we can do, do not need much high technical content, only need our hard-working hands and a red heart.

The steel balls we want to pick up are various types of mixed steel balls used for grinding in the mill. After a period of friction, some steel balls are damaged, some are deformed, and the proportion of each model is not accurate, which will affect the fineness and uniformity of cement. So we have to pick them all out, separate each model, pick out the damaged ones, and then re-weigh them according to the ratio before putting them back.

In order to pick up the steel ball, we prepared all the samples that should be tested on that day early. Wearing protective equipment such as safety helmets, gloves and masks, he came to the finished product mill to join the finished product post workers and started the "steel ball picking mode".

First of all, we use a net to filter the steel ball again. This process can filter out the damaged ball, slag and dust, and at the same time cool the steel ball. Because they had to shovel the steel balls onto the net with a shovel, the ones with great strength were all in the first process. They stood on both sides of the filter net and waved the shovel in turn without interruption. The sweat beads and steel balls on their faces rolled down from the leakage net at the same time. Rows of steel balls followed the route we set up, obediently ran to us, and were quickly sorted by us, 10 , 9 , 8 ... Each type of steel ball returned to their "home" and found their companions.

After several days of hard work, the steel ball was finally picked up. We started with shoulder pain, then waist pain, then whole body pain, everywhere. But everyone did not complain, they all worked together with a vicious force to continue, the whole space can only hear the collision of steel balls to make a "Dangdang" sound. When I got up after work, I found that my legs and feet were numb and I couldn't stand up at all. Everyone staggered and helped each other shake their legs. Then they slowly stretched their bodies, limped a few steps with their hands on their waist, and then stood up and walked back.

Back home, take a bath, lie down on the bed and don't want to move. At this time, I thought that if there were different types of partition boards when shaking and grinding, and each type of steel ball could return to its own warehouse when shaking and shaking, and each type of steel ball could be poured out separately, that would be great. Peak Cement Successfully Enters Lancang Airport Project

News from our newspaper On September 26, the first batch of airport runway cement produced by Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company was successfully delivered to the Lancang Airport site, which marked another important step in the expansion of Jianfeng Cement in the southwest Yunnan market. Lancang Airport is located in Donghi Town, Lancang Lahu Autonomous County, Pu'er City.
