News In order to more effectively strengthen the production management of the workshop, the rational use and correct maintenance of workshop equipment, and let employees know their job responsibilities, recently, the Comprehensive Preparation Workshop of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Factory organized staff sub-post on-site training on process procedures and SOP .
This training is different from the past. From the original traditional workshop staff to learn the workshop process regulations and SOP in the training room, all staff will make the same training test paper and upgrade it to on-site training by post. A training content and test paper will be drawn up for each post. After the on-site explanation by the workshop management personnel, the staff will take a closed-book examination. Post training enables employees to have a more comprehensive understanding of the quality and technical requirements of the products in this position, strictly control the quality in daily production, achieve high output and good quality, maximize the production capacity of the workshop, and finally improve the production output and product quality of the workshop.
