In fact, participating in this kind of voluntary lecture is also a learning process for myself. It was three years ago that I took part in the study of first aid workers. I have mastered the main operation essentials quite well, but the details are obviously insufficient. Through the demonstration of "professional-level" volunteers, I have a further understanding of some specific operations. For example, when a person falls to the ground, he/she should enter the scene from his/her feet, so as not to disturb the people who wake up naturally. When doing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, mouth-to-mouth blowing may be emphasized in the past, but now it is emphasized that if it is impossible to judge whether the rescued personnel have infectious diseases or do not have protective measures, they only need to press continuously. At present, AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) is placed in high-speed railway station and other places with large traffic. If the pressing rhythm is not well controlled, it can be operated according to the rhythm of AED indicator light. Moreover, when AED is used, the distance between the two electrode plates should be not less than 10 cm. Of course, at the same time of rescue, onlookers should also call 120 as soon as possible, or search for people with first aid skills through radio. After our preaching, the passengers showed great interest. Five passengers took the initiative to ask for operation exercises, which was a great encouragement to us. Because in previous activities, there were often more people watching and listening and less hands-on. We earnestly assist them in doing the exercises and do every detail carefully. After the exercises, we also invite them to leave their own practical feelings.
