There is a public welfare propaganda point next to the service center on the second floor of Jinhua high-speed railway station, which is initiated by Jinhua xiaoyuya public welfare foundation. it regularly holds public welfare propaganda on first aid knowledge, mainly including cardiopulmonary resuscitation demonstration, distribution of first aid knowledge publicity materials, micro-first aid push, etc. Volunteers sign up voluntarily through WeChat every Sunday morning, with six places each time. I have always wanted to participate, but I have not been named several times. Finally, this time on 18 was not missed. That morning, I and five other volunteers to meet in the rain to high-speed railway station.

Among the six people who participated in the lecture together, "a Ya Ya" and I participated for the first time and had little experience. The other three students from Jinhua Technician College often participate in such public welfare activities. The last one is a volunteer from Luodian Health Center. She is a professional among us. Therefore, at the beginning of the activity, she put on the headset skillfully. First, she demonstrated cardiopulmonary resuscitation and explained the operation process step by step. At the weekend in high-speed railway station, the passenger flow was still quite large. Passengers who passed by first stopped curiously to watch, and gradually gathered in twies and threes. We also "took the opportunity" to distribute first aid knowledge leaflets to them.

In fact, participating in this kind of voluntary lecture is also a learning process for myself. It was three years ago that I took part in the study of first aid workers. I have mastered the main operation essentials quite well, but the details are obviously insufficient. Through the demonstration of "professional-level" volunteers, I have a further understanding of some specific operations. For example, when a person falls to the ground, he/she should enter the scene from his/her feet, so as not to disturb the people who wake up naturally. When doing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, mouth-to-mouth blowing may be emphasized in the past, but now it is emphasized that if it is impossible to judge whether the rescued personnel have infectious diseases or do not have protective measures, they only need to press continuously. At present, AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) is placed in high-speed railway station and other places with large traffic. If the pressing rhythm is not well controlled, it can be operated according to the rhythm of AED indicator light. Moreover, when AED is used, the distance between the two electrode plates should be not less than 10 cm. Of course, at the same time of rescue, onlookers should also call 120 as soon as possible, or search for people with first aid skills through radio. I am especially proud that the first batch of AED in Jinhua city was donated by our peak pharmaceutical industry!

After our preaching, the passengers showed great interest. Five passengers took the initiative to ask for operation exercises, which was a great encouragement to us. Because in previous activities, there were often more people watching and listening and less hands-on. We earnestly assist them in doing the exercises and do every detail carefully. After the exercises, we also invite them to leave their own practical feelings.

Now the popularity of mobile phones, but also to the first aid has brought great convenience. For example, WeChat has the function of "micro first aid", which can be used to seek first aid services in the city where it is located, including emergency call ambulance, my emergency rescue, true and false ambulance inquiry, first aid knowledge, AED navigation, etc. In the "micro first aid" personal center can also fill in detailed information, so that they need first aid to provide relevant and accurate information to the ambulance personnel.

Everyone learns first aid, first aid for everyone. We use holidays to carry out first aid public welfare propaganda, because of a love, a touch, a responsibility. We also hope that more volunteers will join our group, so that more people can have access to first aid knowledge and skills and become guardians of life through continuous propaganda and demonstration. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out.
