News After more than 20 working days of intense and busy, 3# October 4 , the bidding for mining, construction and main equipment of Jianfeng Huang Ping Cement Project finally came to an end. Among them, the main equipment bidding, under the premise of ensuring equipment performance and supplier services, the bid price is generally about 20% lower than the quotation, which is a good start for project construction.

1 In June, with the preparation team stationed in Huang Ping, while handling various handovers, part of the preparatory work for the project construction was also carried out one after another. The highlight was the bidding for mining, construction and main equipment, and the bidding for equipment was the top priority related to the normal operation of enterprises in the future. While most employees are happily preparing for the New Year, the bidding for mining and construction has been completed. 2 August 12 , the first day of work after the Spring Festival, the bidding for the main equipment also began in an orderly manner.

As the production equipment of cement project is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, in order to ensure that the equipment bidding can have a relatively ideal cost performance, the bidding team divided all the equipment into several project packages such as kiln system, mill, mine crusher, hoist, kiln head and kiln tail dust collector, powder separator, packaging machine, etc., and issued invitations to equipment suppliers with certain strength, equipment manufacturing level and strong professional and technical ability in the industry. In the actual bidding process, the bidding units of each project package are more than 3 , and some projects have seven or eight units participating in the competition. After repeated negotiations and bargaining, most of the equipment won the bid at the lowest price, and the winning price was generally lower than the initial price by more than 20% , which will greatly save the equipment procurement cost.

Full and meticulous preparatory work is the basis for the equipment bidding to achieve the desired results. Before the formal bidding, the bidding team made a comprehensive investigation on the production unit, operation quality and market price of the relevant equipment, so as to have a bottom in mind. During the bidding process, the project designer is invited to participate in the bid evaluation and provide professional opinions on the specifications, models, performance, and advancement of the equipment. When the winning bidder is finally determined, it will not engage in "price-only theory" while ensuring that the procurement cost is reduced. For equipment manufacturers with obvious quality advantages or long-term cooperation, it will also conduct subsequent spare parts procurement, management and technical services. Comprehensive consideration, give appropriate priority.
