Therefore, I organized the workshop management personnel to readjust the division of labor, dividing the workshop management work into production quality, safety and environmental protection, equipment operation and maintenance, laboratory tests and other parts, setting up responsible persons, defining their respective work processes, and improving the work efficiency of the workshop management team. The raw material workshop management personnel also reached a consensus to keep the telephone 24 open to meet the requirements of workshop production safety. At the same time, through workshop evaluation, select the team leader among the excellent operators, explore the working mode of the team in the raw material workshop, control the source of safety and environmental protection work such as equipment safety, safety inspection and rectification, and potential safety hazard investigation in the workshop, and reduce the safety and environmental protection risks in the workshop. At the same time, I took the initiative to ask young college students with professional skills to provide them with learning opportunities and exercise platforms to promote the development of new team forces.
