Remember that it was 2002 5# August 8 . I first reported to Peak Pharmaceutical, and my destination was Linhai Jianfeng Haizhou Pharmaceutical Factory, a subsidiary factory of the pharmaceutical industry. At that time, Haizhou Pharmaceutical had overgrown weeds at the factory gate, and "desolation" was the first impression it gave me. In the old factory area, I only stayed for one month, and the next month I went to Du Qiao to build a new factory. Although some details can't be remembered now, the "weeding incident" that occurred that month is still impressive. At that time, the greening work in the factory was contracted by an employee, because the enterprise was facing relocation due to poor efficiency, the mentality of the employees was floating, and some managers did not dare to take care of it, so I pulled out a handful of weeds and put them on the employee's desk, forcing him to pull the weeds. Although this seemed unpleasant at the beginning, it was the so-called "no fight, no acquaintance", and later this employee became my good friend. This employee's name is Wu Shunfa. Some old employees may still remember that he is also an excellent salesman.
2002 5 to 2005 was my first working experience in Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, mainly responsible for preparing for the construction of a new factory. Those two and a half years can be described as a turbulent period for the pharmaceutical industry. From the pharmaceutical company to Haizhou Pharmaceutical, the leadership team changed several times. However, with the joint efforts of my colleagues and I, we still completed the preparation for the new factory and the relocation of equipment, and successfully passed the bulk drug GMP examination in 5 before the deadline for passing the GMP certification stipulated by the State Food and Drug Administration in 2004 . That experience meant a lot to my personal growth, and I'm always grateful for it. Although later for some reason left the peak, but in the peak of the day, left me are good memories. Although the conditions at the time of preparation were very poor, lunch was often a bowl of pickle soup in the canteen of the construction team, but when the leaders at all levels of the company came to inspect the work, they always cared about our life, so that I still miss the taste of braised three green crabs. More than ten years have passed in a flash. Although the external environment has changed greatly and the production of peak pharmaceutical preparations has developed and expanded, the development of API has returned to the starting point.
, when there was another chance to return to the peak family, I decisively chose to return. Because I have been wandering outside for many years, I still can't forget the surprise of receiving a "good wife award" at the end of 2002 and the happiness of my family, as well as the careful guidance of the pharmaceutical project department to our preparatory team that year. It's the spikes that help me grow. Besides, in the more than ten years since I left the peak, the group leaders have visited me many times during the inspection and exchange of peer companies, which fully reflects the humanistic feelings of a listed company. Now, I have returned to work in Peak Pharmaceutical for more than two years. This is still the peak I am familiar with, but it is a little strange. The perfect enterprise system is not the same as that of that year. This time, as the person in charge of the pharmaceutical preparation for the establishment of the API business department, I got more help from peak managers during the investment inspection work of one and a half years. No matter the concept of leading investment and development of enterprises, or the quality of professionals, I feel deeply. In particular, the "innovative" spirit of enterprise, let me have a real experience. I understand that the slightly conservative peak in the original impression actually contains deep innovation genes. The new generation of leaders is leading the peak to rejuvenate and move towards new glory.
Now, our Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has regained its platform for the development of API business-Shanghai Beika Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., and has two Anhui factories.
