Two Cement Enterprises Busy in Spring Maintenance

News As the saying goes, "A Year's Plan lies in Spring". Just after the Spring Festival, two cement enterprises, Daye Peak and Yunnan Peak, have been engaged in intensive maintenance to prepare for the normal production and sales in 2019 .

2 July 9 , the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar, daye peak 2019 overhaul kicked off in the spring rain. This overhaul covers mine crushing, raw material roller, kiln head and kiln tail, coal mill, cement mill and packaging system, etc. It covers a wide range of points. At the same time, it is also interspersed with technical renovation projects such as kiln head electricity changing bags, dust control of cement delivery system, mineral powder scale, etc. In order to ensure the quality of maintenance and technical transformation work, Daye Peak planned ahead of time, organized relevant personnel of electrical, mechanical and technological specialties to sort out and discuss in advance, formulated detailed maintenance and technical transformation plans, identified special potential safety hazards and formulated preventive measures for each maintenance content. Before the formal overhaul, Daye Jianfeng Environmental Safety Department signed safety responsibility letters with 12 teams participating in the overhaul, reviewed the qualifications and operator certificates of the participating teams one by one, and organized relevant safety knowledge training. During the maintenance period, in addition to holding maintenance meetings every day, reporting the progress of each maintenance point by each specialty, and connecting with the maintenance unit, daye peak also specially set up a safety inspection team. the company's competent leaders and responsible persons of various departments will follow up on the spot, monitor the maintenance process, strictly grasp habitual violations, power outage, dangerous operations and employees' fluke psychology, and require all maintenance units to gather wastes, and clear the personnel after the maintenance, to ensure that the work is carried out in a safe and orderly manner.

Yunnan Peak started to work out the maintenance plan before the Spring Festival. The maintenance started from 2 August 15 , mainly including limestone crushing to preheater castable, raw material mill, clinker crushing and other production links and coal vertical mill, grate cooler, cement mill and other major equipment. At the beginning of the formulation of the plan, safety was put first in each link, and a safety guarantee responsibility letter was signed with each construction unit, and a responsibility target assessment agreement was signed with the construction unit on the construction quality, progress, and completion time limit of each link. The supervision and inspection responsibilities of relevant departments have also made clear requirements.

It is understood that in order to ensure market stability during the overhaul period, the two cement companies insisted on starting up production and stocking during the Spring Festival to ensure sufficient inventory. At present, the maintenance work of the two enterprises is progressing smoothly. Yunnan peak has completed the maintenance work and ignited this afternoon.
