Daye Peak Mineral Powder Scale Renovation

News 2# July 18 , after nearly a week of upgrading, Daye Peak Cement Company mineral powder scale was put into operation.

Following the upgrading and transformation of 2018 1# and 2# fly ash scales, Daye Peak upgraded and transformed 1# and 2 mineral powder scales during the Spring Festival overhaul in 2019 . Dismantle the original mineral powder rotor scale and the matching spiral reamer, and install the new upgraded rotor scale. The use of the rotor scale effectively solves the problem of unstable flow caused by mineral powder accumulation, and the scale has the characteristics of uniform feeding, accurate measurement and stable operation. Its use ensures the accuracy of the auxiliary material ratio in the cement production process and ensures the quality of the cement. (Shi Zhangliang)
