News In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection and emission reduction, Daye Peak Cement Company implemented the technical transformation of electric dust collection at kiln head during the Spring Festival overhaul in 2019 following the technical transformation of electric dust collection at kiln tail. The original kiln exhaust fan 710kw motor cannot meet the design requirements. According to the design requirements, a 1000kw motor needs to be purchased, while the new motor needs 33.1 yuan. In order to save costs, Daye Peak has modified and maintained the idle 1000kw motor of the original raw mill circulating fan to meet the requirements of high-voltage frequency conversion. The maintenance cost is 7.5 yuan. This renovation can not only meet the design requirements, but also make use of idle equipment, saving 25.6 yuan for this technological renovation. (Shi Zhangliang)
