After one year's efforts in 2018 , the compliance rate of pesticide residues in ginseng two sets of process products has increased significantly and remained stable. The research and development personnel actively responded to the call of the group company's "three reductions and three improvements" activities. on the premise of ensuring that the needs of customers are met, the proportion of non-column process production is increased as much as possible, so that the amount of alcohol process is effectively controlled, and the amount of water used for column chromatography, recycled chemicals, and related artificial water and electricity is reduced to a certain extent. According to statistics, the overall alcohol consumption of ginseng products in 2018 decreased by 8.9% . At the same time, research and development personnel carry out inspection and repair of defects in production practice, and actively promote the overall transfer of ginseng pesticide residue removal process from research and development to production. In terms of enriching ginseng product series, new products and specifications such as organic ginseng powder, organic red ginseng powder and organic ginseng extract were added in 2018 . For raw materials that do not meet the requirements of organic ginseng pesticide residues, we boldly tried to use supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technology to remove pesticide residues, and made a breakthrough and mastered the first-hand process parameters.

Anthocyanin series products on blueberry, European blueberry, cranberry and other small berries have entered the trial production stage. Scientific research tasks focus on exposing problems, solving problems, summarizing individuality and commonality, and exploring the formation of a modular production model, so as to accumulate valuable data and experience for future large-scale production. At the same time, the quality standard research of anthocyanin products from different sources is carried out to form a product series with peak characteristics and enrich the product layout. Grape seed to pesticide residue, apple to pesticide residue, apple to sulfur dioxide, ginseng to solvent residue and other derivative topics, outside the processing workshop smoothly, and have achieved certain results. Phloretin in addition to static, naringin, roses, forsythia and other small varieties of research, for the development of the company has accumulated a large number of technical reserves.
