After watching the movie "Wandering Earth", my daughter suddenly mentioned the book she caught when she was one year old-Simon Newcombe's "Popular Astronomy", which seemed to have a strong interest in it again. It seems that the impression left by this movie in her six-year-old mind is not only good-looking, but also a longing and curiosity about the vast universe.

This movie, too, exceeded my expectations. No matter what defects it has in other people's mouth, in my heart, I have not hesitated to score full marks.

The original "Wandering Earth" has been published in "Science Fiction World" magazine for nearly 20 years. In that era when information was still underdeveloped, this short novel shocked me as a teenager. To this day, like many other works of Da Liu, it still weighs as much as a thousand pounds in my heart, but I never dare to expect it to be made into a movie.

I have always believed that only real science fiction fans can make real science fiction movies, which has nothing to do with the investment and what actors are used. Guo Fan is undoubtedly a true sci-fi fan, and his dedication finally makes the film from fantasy into reality.

The movie was released on the first day of the month, but I didn't enter the cinema until the sixth day of the month. Before that, the Internet was full of bad reviews and doubts about the movie. I read all the comments on Douban. In this era, everyone has the right and ability to express freely, but a New Year movie has caused such a big controversy, which is a bit intriguing.

After watching the movie, I reread the novel again. It is very short, but the world it covers is extremely large in terms of time span and spatial breadth. I have only seen this kind of boldness of vision in the novels of the three giants of western science fiction.

The so-called science fiction is a rational fantasy based on existing technology. Imagination is the kite, logic is the leash. If the rope is too tight to open, the kite will look dull even in the sky. Whether science fiction or science fiction movies, can not be separated from logic, but also can not be bound by logic. Liu Cixin is a very open person in creation. In his works, we often see the use of "macro details" to describe various things, events and scenes with huge physical volume, long time span and vast space extension. The novel Wandering Earth is a concrete manifestation of the concept of "macro details. The original plot of "through Jupiter" was adapted by director Guo Fan and became the climax of the film. "Igniting Jupiter" is derived from the plot of another novel by Liu Cixin, which proves that even if human beings are as small as dust in the universe, they still have the strength and courage to control themselves. It is not ignorance but arrogance that hinders the salvation of mankind.

In today's world, such arrogance can be seen everywhere. It blinds people's eyes, makes it difficult to distinguish black and white, blunt people's hearts, and thus confuses right and wrong. The film is also like a touchstone, wandering the road, beauty and ugliness.
