News 2# July 11 . Taking advantage of the period of fewer vehicles in the factory during the Spring Festival, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company lifted out the factory and incoming weighbridge scales respectively on the first day of work to detect and adjust the foundation elevation.
Yunnan Peak 2 weighbridges are all built on the backfill soil due to site reasons. Every year after a long rainy season, the weighbridge sensor foundation will change to varying degrees, affecting the measurement accuracy. Therefore, Yunnan Peak conducted a physical examination on the weighbridges. During the inspection, the girder with cracks on the symmetrical body was welded, and the deformed sensor support at 4 was replaced. Through two days of inspection, repair and calibration, potential hidden dangers have been eliminated, the weighbridge has been ensured to be in good condition and accurate in measurement, and the in and out metering has been properly closed.
