Since was recognized as a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise at the end of 2017 , Peak Pharmaceutical Company has further stepped up its intellectual property work, made useful attempts in the management and operation of intellectual property rights such as patents and trademarks, and achieved certain results.
In order to advocate and encourage employees to actively participate in technological innovation, the pharmaceutical company has specially formulated technological innovation incentives, which greatly mobilized employees' enthusiasm for innovation. In 2018 , the pharmaceutical company won 4 utility model patents such as "Roots vacuum machine automatic air-breaking shutdown circuit" and 1 invention patents such as "a ribavirin for injection and its preparation method", and submitted 12 patent applications, including 6 from the pharmaceutical department and Tianjin Jianfeng natural products company. In addition, in the operation and protection of patent rights, pharmaceutical companies also through patent pledge loans to further optimize the financial situation of enterprises, and with insurance companies signed a patent implementation insurance contract, the subject of the key product cefmenoxime hydrochloride compound and its synthesis method, through a variety of forms and ways to provide protection for the product.
In terms of trademark management, 2018 Pharmaceutical Company registered 3 new trademarks, with a total of 97 valid trademarks by the end of the year.
