In order to do a good job of double control, the natural products company held safety meetings at all levels and worked out implementation plans. Use meetings and publicity boards to vigorously publicize double control work; All employees participate in the identification of dangerous materials, dangerous equipment and dangerous operations related to themselves, which are reviewed by the department manager and returned for re-identification if unqualified. Through continuous identification, return, training and re-identification methods, identify all risks of the post as much as possible, and finally summarize them. Identify the risk level, divide the possibility of accident L and the severity of accident consequence S into 5 levels through LSR method, and distinguish the risk severity R with blue, yellow, orange and red colors, 1-4 is blue low risk, 5-6 is yellow general risk, 8-12 is orange large risk, 15-25 is red serious risk; Identify the existing control measures for each risk, discuss whether the existing control measures are defective and how to improve them, and rectify and supplement the missing control measures; Clarify the responsible persons for each risk control and manage them at different levels, serious risks are directly controlled by the person in charge of the Security Department, and major risks are controlled by the person in charge of each responsible department. General risks are controlled to the team leader, and low risks are controlled by the employees of each position. Assess the overall risk distribution of the company and form the company's risk distribution map and workshop risk distribution map; inform all employees of the risks and sign the risk notification letter; make post risk notification cards and notification boards and hang them on the operation site; improve the company's hidden danger investigation and management system, through various forms of investigation and management of hidden dangers. In the end, the Security Department summarized all the information and formed the "Security Risk Control and Hidden Danger Investigation and Management Manual".
