Execution is an action to turn a goal into a result, completing one's work according to quality, quantity and on time. Although it sounds profound, this is the foundation of executive power. In its place, it must be done. Many things sound simple, but they may not be done.

According to quality, quantity and time, it is the three major elements to complete the affairs. Without one of them, one thing cannot be done. In fact, it is not easy to implement the above requirements, as long as everyone in the enterprise can do their own thing well without causing unnecessary trouble to the next job recipient. The enterprise is composed of every employee. Everyone plays their own role and assumes their own responsibilities in the enterprise. From the top leaders to the grass-roots employees, only by doing their own things and implementing them can the enterprise have better development. But in real life, the real immediate implementation, immediate action is not always. People are emotional animals, many times will be affected by external factors lead to the lack of strength of execution, resulting in delay, lag phenomenon. Or perhaps because of the lack of understanding of the task, resulting in the quality of execution is insufficient, resulting in the phenomenon of task effect discount.

So how can we improve our execution? We can classify things as important and urgent, important but not urgent, not important but urgent, not important and not urgent but must do four grades, effectively and reasonably arrange their time and work tasks, so that the work is carried out in an orderly manner.
