So I used my own rest time to do more meticulous work, trying to do every simple thing to satisfy myself first, and finally get the affirmation of colleagues and leaders. On one occasion, I saw a whole piece of rain cloth covered with materials thrown in the trench for several days without being asked. I thought it was too wasteful to rot, so I used the two-day break to wash the rain cloth and dry it in the sun and fold it up for the next use. I didn't expect this trivial matter to be noticed by the department head. Many years later, he still never forgets, thinking that a glimpse of the whole leopard has always been very sure of my sense of responsibility.
I think that only by constantly enriching yourself in learning can you achieve yourself. Since the management of the cement delivery system, I have to go to the site to participate in any failure or maintenance work. After a long illness, through learning and exploration, I can gradually master the packaging and delivery system more familiar. Careful work, work hard. At the delivery site, listen to the rationalization opinions of on-site posts and drivers, and implement improvements. Strengthen the management of equipment in good condition, implement the system of rewards and punishments for the good handover of packaging machines, and provide guarantee for normal delivery. In October this year, through the joint efforts of the packaging system staff, not only the highest monthly average daily delivery volume since daye peak was put into production, but also the civilized sanitation and dust control on site are developing and changing in a good direction.
