At the time of site acceptance, what impressed me most was that the department manager at that time would take a small book to the site every day to record the stacking location and quantity of each raw material entering the factory, so as to know the inventory of raw materials of the company every day. I was deeply impressed by the meticulous and earnest work spirit and formed a benchmark in my heart. From then on, I took notes and learned to arrange work for myself. Because the site acceptance is related to the weighbridge work, I also learned simple computer operation, and later mastered the use of electronic forms to record documents with the help of office colleagues. After learning these basic knowledge, I began to apply them while learning. The weighing data of raw materials entering the factory every day are superimposed according to the stacking position, and the data of each batching scale are subtracted according to the regional materials used to form a daily raw material inventory table, which provides data for the purchasing department to formulate the purchasing plan and monthly inventory work.
In the years of peak work, all kinds of talents emerge in endlessly, which makes me feel the pressure of survival and the difficulty of development. The ancients said that "industry is good at diligence and waste in play, and action is destroyed by thinking". Diligence is my only choice. So I used my own rest time to do more meticulous work, trying to do every simple thing to satisfy myself first, and finally get the affirmation of colleagues and leaders. In the first two years of entering the factory, the company's fine management has not been further promoted, and the original fuel material site is still chaotic. On one occasion, I saw a whole piece of rain cloth covered with materials thrown in the trench for several days without being asked. I thought it was too wasteful to rot, so I used the two-day break to wash the rain cloth and dry it in the sun and fold it up for the next use. I didn't expect this trivial matter to be noticed by the department head. Many years later, he still never forgets, thinking that a glimpse of the whole leopard has always been very sure of my sense of responsibility.
I think that only by constantly enriching yourself in learning can you achieve yourself. Since the management of the cement delivery system, I have to go to the site to participate in any failure or maintenance work. Difficult to understand the problem will humbly ask a technician or engineer. After a long illness, through learning and exploration, I can gradually master the packaging and delivery system more familiar. Careful work, work hard. Under the support of the company and the guidance of the department leaders, I am gradually forming my own ideological management mode. Since the implementation of the code of conduct for the management of packaging employees, I have insisted on daily on-site inspections, kept abreast of the changes on the site, proposed rectification of the problems found on the site, made on-site records, and mastered the ideological trends of the employees. At the delivery site, listen to the rationalization opinions of on-site posts and drivers, and implement improvements. Strengthen the management of equipment in good condition, implement the system of rewards and punishments for the good handover of packaging machines, and provide guarantee for normal delivery. In October this year, through the joint efforts of the packaging system staff, not only the highest monthly average daily delivery volume since daye peak was put into production, but also the civilized sanitation and dust control on site are developing and changing in a good direction.
