, the boiling furnace needs a forklift to shovel lignite from the coal storage yard to the ore grinding boiling furnace. If the forklift is too full of leaking materials, the road surface passing by will be black and dirty, increasing the working intensity of cleaning workers. The shoveled lignite can only be used in the boiling furnace after being crushed. The shovel truck needs to be shoveled to the lower hopper on the upper part of the crusher. However, the shovel truck is prone to accidents of bumping the screw reamer reducer in the process of coal dumping. For this reason, Yunnan Jianfeng has improved the lower hopper of the crusher, adding a coal pipe and a coal feed hopper. The coal from the coal feed hopper directly enters the lower hopper on the edge of the boiling furnace along the coal feed pipe. The distance between the forklift and the coal shoveling is shorter. The coal shoveling and coal feeding are all completed in the original combustion material greenhouse, which not only reduces a lot of unnecessary work, but also makes the factory cleaner.
