hello everyone, my name is Zhu Jianfeng, from Yunnan peak cement co., ltd. It has been nearly 13 20 14 years since we joined the big family of peak, and it has been six years since our Yunnan peak was completed and put into production. Time flies, changed my appearance, but never erase the pride in my heart! Whenever someone asks me where I work, I always proudly say: I work in the peak, I am a peak person!

I am proud, I am a peak person, because peak is an enterprise with a thick history and a long line of inheritance. We started at the foot of Jianfeng Mountain. In

1958 , our ancestors drew a good blueprint for Jianfeng Group from a blank sheet of paper with their hard-working hands, hard-working and never-giving-up spirit! 60 The long road is long, and the development of the peak has never been smooth sailing. There have been countless twists and turns along the way, and it has also fallen into troughs and difficulties. However, under the leadership of the group company, we quickly got out of the predicament, the business situation is getting better and better, the cement and pharmaceutical industries are growing, and other sectors are also showing a good development trend. The corporate culture accumulated in 60 years has closely linked Jinhua, Pu'er, Daye and Tianjin, which are thousands of miles apart, and brought together peak people from all over the world to continue to create a history belonging to peak!

I am proud, I am a peak person, because peak is a realistic and innovative enterprise that always climbs the peak. Yunnan Jianfeng is the first cement company in China to use lignite for large-scale production, which not only reduces production costs, but also promotes the comprehensive utilization of resources. We also insist on promoting the "Three Decreases and Three Improvements" activities to further enhance the vitality and competitiveness of the company. When our employees find problems in production, they can always rush to the site to solve them at the first time. In terms of transformation and other aspects, we have never stopped. In order to meet market demand, we have produced new varieties such as retarded cement and airport runway cement. Our products are all over southwest Yunnan, make the peak of the brand in the region has a high degree of identification. It is for these reasons that we Yunnan Jianfeng has a pivotal position in the same industry in southwest Yunnan with a smaller volume!

I am proud, I am a peak person, because the peak is a people-oriented, caring enterprise. Walking into our factory area, you can see colorful flowers and lush trees everywhere, the production area and roads are clean, and the office is neat and orderly. After people from all walks of life visited the factory, they all praised our factory environment again and again, and said bluntly that they completely subverted their stereotype of the dust in the cement factory. When we encounter difficulties in our lives, party branches, trade unions, and league branches are like our family members, caring and asking for warmth and helping us solve problems. With the support of Yunnan Jianfeng, the teaching conditions of Liushun Town Middle School have been significantly improved; the elderly in the surrounding villages will receive our condolences during the holidays; in the process of building a national civilized city in Pu'er City, our volunteers from Yunnan Jianfeng took to the streets to voluntarily guide traffic and advocate civilized travel. Over the past five years, there have been countless such things, which have been recorded in the hearts of all our employees and formed the reputation of the people in Pu'er.

During the Jinggu earthquake in 2014 , we donated ,000 tons of cement for post-disaster reconstruction and called on all employees to donate about yuan to help the people in the disaster area. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China took "precise poverty alleviation" as a crucial task, and our Yunnan Jianfeng has been actively fulfilling its social responsibilities. In Gaojiacao Village, where we are helping each other, the company's leaders have visited many times to express their condolences to the poor households who have set up files and registered cards, helped them to seek a common way out of poverty, and also supported them to renovate new houses and build roads. Now, the two poor families have moved into beautiful new buildings, and the smooth concrete road leads to the door of their homes. They sincerely said: they did not dare to live in such a beautiful new house before. In order to reduce the housing burden of all poor households with filing cards, the company took the initiative to connect with government departments such as Simao District, Jiangcheng County, Menglian County and Ximeng County, promising to provide low-cost and high-quality cement for all poor households to build houses, roads and bridges in poor villages. Last year alone, the company provided nearly tons of cement with preferential price, saving poor households more than ,100 million yuan. Not long ago, we also did a good thing to help the public security department of Pu'er City to centralize and destroy the recently seized tons of drugs worth hundreds of millions of yuan, in order to eliminate social "poison". We have done our part to maintain social peace.

Over the past five years, Yunnan Jianfeng has continuously refreshed its performance, contributing to the economic development and social harmony of Pu'er, and the influence of the enterprise has been continuously improved. The source of all this is the fire ignited by the ancestors at the bottom of Jinhua Peak Mountain, and the peak spirit of "unity and struggle, truth-seeking and innovation, determination to rise to the top, and forever climbing the peak" that has been continuously passed down by generations of peak people. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.

Due to the achievements made in the establishment of secondary safety production standardization, daye peak cement company recently received a special award of 200000 yuan from daye municipal government. In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. It is understood that among the industrial and commercial enterprises in daye city, there were 4 enterprises that applied for and passed the examination in 2015, but only daye peak passed the examination before December. On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
