Hello everyone, I am Sheng Da from Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company. The topic of my speech today is "righteousness".

When it comes to "righteousness", my understanding has roughly three meanings. The first is what we usually call "benevolence" or "loyalty", which is a noble quality on the moral level. Confucius once said: A gentleman is a metaphor for righteousness, and a villain is a metaphor for profit. Some people can share happiness when the unit benefits are good, but they can't share it when they are in trouble. When the company encounters difficulties, they choose not to tide over the difficulties together, but to escape or even invest in competitors. We are not opposed to the reasonable flow of talents. What we are opposed to is the kind of person who takes away the company's technical contacts and commercial channels as a gift to the new owner for his own personal gain and at the expense of the company's interests. This is the heart that betrayed the benevolence. These acts are called "four unrighteousness": the first is unsentient, the second is ungrateful, the third is treachery, and the fourth is unrighteousness at the sight of profit. In sharp contrast to the above-mentioned people are the old employees of our Jianfeng Group. They love their jobs and work hard. I worked in an ordinary position in 10 and 20 . There are old comrades who entered the company at the age of , 18 and shared weal and woe with the company through the ups and downs of , 40 . I really admire these comrades. They have witnessed the hardships of peak entrepreneurship and bear the burden of down-to-earth and hard exploration; they are the real cornerstone of peak. is "morality". Jianfeng Group, formerly known as Jinhua Cement Factory, was established in 1958 and is located at the foot of Jianfeng Mountain. The first generation of peak people took cement as their main business. At that time, they were catching up with the country to carry out infrastructure construction. Although it was difficult and difficult to start a business at the beginning, the peak still grew slowly with the country. This is to stop. Later, Spike began to pay attention to medical and health care, pay attention to the health of the people, and developed a lot of effective, affordable good medicine. Now, Jianfeng is committed to the big health and biological industry, starting with prevention and early intervention to prevent the occurrence of diseases, enhance the physique of the people, and bring happiness and well-being to the people. As the saying goes, "those who gain justice will help more, and those who lose justice will help little". The development and growth of the peak along the way is dominated by national interests and social benefits, conforming to the people's livelihood, understanding the needs and needs of the people, and truly serving the people. This is the morality of the peak.

The third meaning is "meaning". Let's take a look at these three words: human, great and righteousness. Literally speaking, a person who extends his hands is a big character, and raising his hands is a righteous character. That is to say, when people grow up, they must live meaningfully. Similarly, the enterprise must have the meaning of existence. In today's society, there are many enterprises with high ambitions, all kinds of investment, financing, fund-raising, playing side ball, and even doing some illegal activities. However, such enterprises that see profits and forget righteousness often do not see hope and have no future, because they run counter to the great righteousness of the nation and lose the meaning of their own existence. We know that the rise and fall of enterprises must be closely linked to the prosperity and rejuvenation of the nation. Since its inception, through the unremitting efforts of generations of peak people, it has developed from a single cement enterprise to a group company in cement, pharmaceutical, health and other industries. "Aspire to rise to the top and climb the peak forever" is our spirit and the best interpretation of the peak. In the development of the enterprise at the same time, the peak also efforts to assume social responsibility, the construction of hope primary school, and poor students to help students, donation funds, cement for urban road reconstruction, donation of medicines, poverty relief ...... It is precisely because has been adhering to the national righteousness, law-abiding, social services, the benefit of the people's concept, just have the peak today's glory. It can be said that the peak group has given a new meaning to the word "peak.

To sum up, to sum up in one sentence, the peak people of benevolence and righteousness gather in this peak group full of morality and justice, and do meaningful things for the society and the people without hesitation. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

In order to encourage industrial and commercial enterprises in the region to improve their production safety, daye municipal government set up a special fund in 2015, stipulating that 200000 yuan will be awarded to those who pass the secondary safety standardization review before December 31, 2015. In accordance with the requirements of the group company to realize the transformation from extensive management to lean management, combined with the advanced experience of peer enterprises, recently, Yunnan peak, daye peak two enterprises have implemented "big inspection" to promote the overall optimization of posts. On November 1, daye peak post inspection officially started full operation, starting from the limestone storage yard at the source of the production line to the cement storage. the original 15 posts were merged, and the best experienced mechanics, electricians and post workers were transferred to form a large inspection class, which was mainly responsible for on-site emergency disposal and post routine maintenance to ensure the normal production of the whole production line. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
