Daye Peak has three loading lanes. 1# and 2# loading lanes are equipped with dust collectors in 2016 and 2017 respectively, which solves the problem of secondary dust emission of cement ash during loading. 3# loading lanes are spare loading lanes for 1# and 2# packaging machines. because they are not in a straight line, four transport belts are installed at two 90 degree right angles. the drop between the belts is large, so the secondary dust caused by the cement package during transportation is large. In order to solve this problem, Daye Peak installed a dust collector at the belt loading place of 1 and a dust collector at the belt drop of 2 , 3 and 4 respectively, thus solving the problem of secondary dust emission in cement bags.
