When it comes to "righteousness", my understanding has roughly three meanings. The first is what we usually call "benevolence" or "loyalty", which is a noble quality on the moral level. Confucius once said: A gentleman is a metaphor for righteousness, and a villain is a metaphor for profit. Some people can share happiness when the unit benefits are good, but they can't share it when they are in trouble. When the company encounters difficulties, they choose not to tide over the difficulties together, but to escape or even invest in competitors. We are not opposed to the reasonable flow of talents. What we are opposed to is the kind of person who takes away the company's technical contacts and commercial channels as a gift to the new owner for his own personal gain and at the expense of the company's interests. This is the heart that betrayed the benevolence. These acts are called "four unrighteousness": the first is unsentient, the second is ungrateful, the third is treachery, and the fourth is unrighteousness at the sight of profit. We know that the rise and fall of enterprises must be closely linked to the prosperity and rejuvenation of the nation. Since its inception, through the unremitting efforts of generations of peak people, it has developed from a single cement enterprise to a group company in cement, pharmaceutical, health and other industries. "Aspire to rise to the top and climb the peak forever" is our spirit and the best interpretation of the peak.
