Hello everyone, I am Sheng Da from Jinhua Pharmaceutical Company. The topic of my speech today is "righteousness".
When it comes to "righteousness", my understanding has roughly three meanings. The first is what we usually call "benevolence" or "loyalty", which is a noble quality on the moral level. Confucius once said: A gentleman is a metaphor for righteousness, and a villain is a metaphor for profit. Some people can share happiness when the unit benefits are good, but they can't share it when they are in trouble. When the company encounters difficulties, they choose not to tide over the difficulties together, but to escape or even invest in competitors. We are not opposed to the reasonable flow of talents. What we are opposed to is the kind of person who takes away the company's technical contacts and commercial channels as a gift to the new owner for his own personal gain and at the expense of the company's interests. This is the heart that betrayed the benevolence. These acts are called "four unrighteousness": the first is unsentient, the second is ungrateful, the third is treachery, and the fourth is unrighteousness at the sight of profit. In sharp contrast to the above-mentioned people are the old employees of our Jianfeng Group. They love their jobs and work hard. I worked in an ordinary position in 10 and 20 . is "morality". Jianfeng Group, formerly known as Jinhua Cement Factory, was established in 1958 and is located at the foot of Jianfeng Mountain. The first generation of peak people took cement as their main business. At that time, they were catching up with the country to carry out infrastructure construction. Although it was difficult and difficult to start a business at the beginning, the peak still grew slowly with the country. This is to stop. In today's society, there are many enterprises with high ambitions, all kinds of investment, financing, fund-raising, playing side ball, and even doing some illegal activities. However, such enterprises that see profits and forget righteousness often do not see hope and have no future, because they run counter to the great righteousness of the nation and lose the meaning of their own existence. We know that the rise and fall of enterprises must be closely linked to the prosperity and rejuvenation of the nation. Since its inception, through the unremitting efforts of generations of peak people, it has developed from a single cement enterprise to a group company in cement, pharmaceutical, health and other industries. "Aspire to rise to the top and climb the peak forever" is our spirit and the best interpretation of the peak. In the development of the enterprise at the same time, the peak also efforts to assume social responsibility, the construction of hope primary school, and poor students to help students, donation funds, cement for urban road reconstruction, donation of medicines, poverty relief ...... The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards.
