Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guizhou Mingchuan Company" or "the Subject Company"). After the completion of the acquisition, Guizhou Mingchuan company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The company intends to change its name to "Guizhou Huangping Jianfeng Cement Co., Ltd." (tentative, subject to industrial and commercial change registration), and the company will separately invest 0.1 billion yuan to increase the capital of the target company to 0.15 billion yuan of registered capital. The target company will continue to invest about 0.65 billion yuan to build a new dry cement production line with a daily output of 4500 tons of cement clinker (with waste heat power generation).
