The Huang-Huang high-speed railway project is a key project of inter-regional transportation network in the national "13th Five-Year Plan" comprehensive transportation system plan, with a total length of 125 kilometers, a total investment of 176.6 .6 billion yuan, a construction period of 3.5 years, and a plan to be completed and opened to traffic in 2021 years.
