The annual sales income of the enterprise is more than yuan, and the R & D center has more than 10 full-time technicians, among them, those with bachelor's degree or above account for more than 30% ; The annual technology development fund shall not be less than 3% of the enterprise's sales revenue; Having instruments and equipment and fixed and specialized places that can meet the needs of research and development; Have the conditions for applying agricultural technology information network. Since its establishment, Peak Health has attached great importance to the construction of innovation platforms and the training of scientific and technological talents. 2016 has been recognized as Jinhua municipal agricultural science and technology enterprise and municipal agricultural science and technology research and development center, 2017 research and development investment accounted for 5.06 of sales revenue , full-time research and development personnel with bachelor's degree or above accounted for 80.9% , it consists of talents including traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine preparation, agriculture and biotechnology, pharmacy, analysis, plant extraction, food engineering, etc. Dr. Li Wende, head of the research and development center, was also selected as "Jinhua Shuanglong Plan Talent" in 2017 ". In recent years, Jianfeng Health has agreed to build a talent training base with the School of Food of Zhejiang Gongshang University, and has cooperated with Jiangnan University, China Pharmaceutical University, Jinhua Food and Drug Testing Research Institute, Jiangsu Center for Disease Control and other institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions. In the past three years, the center has undertaken 3 government projects, and has completed the research and development of 16 new products in the three directions of health care products (including functional foods), plant extracts and Chinese herbal pieces, which have been put into production and sales. 2017 , Jianfeng Health applied for the recognition of the provincial agricultural science and technology research and development center. The accreditation work has gone through strict review processes such as recommendation by the district science and technology department, formal review, on-site inspection, expert review and defense, and publicity, and has now completed the accreditation and filing.
