Two cement companies and Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory have specially established safety production accidents. Propaganda walls, using many typical accident cases, reveal the harmfulness of illegal operations with blood lessons; all enterprises have organized various emergency rescue drills for many times, in the safety production system, we focused on finding and repairing loopholes, and at the same time strengthened on-site inspection and assessment; some companies also organized safety knowledge examinations. At the group company level, it specially organized the compilation of educational readers, organized safety knowledge competitions to improve the learning effect, revised the traffic safety management system and newly introduced equipment maintenance, power transmission and startup management systems. In addition, secondary safety knowledge training was organized according to the accidents and violations of the company and employees. In order to cooperate with the activities of the education year, the "Peak News" has opened a safety education year column to encourage employees to put forward opinions and suggestions on safety management and report the safety activities of each unit in a timely manner. Unfortunately, three of these accidents occurred in the fourth quarter. Although objectively the fourth quarter itself is a period of high incidence of accidents, it is undeniable that the safety education and training work has indeed been relaxed after entering the fourth quarter. On the one hand, the annual training plan arranged by the enterprise has been basically completed, on the other hand, the fourth quarter is also the peak sales season of the enterprise, the production task is relatively heavy, and the safety activities are relatively reduced. In addition, the employees' own safety awareness was not good enough, and the safety operation procedures were not strictly implemented, resulting in accidents that should not have occurred.
People often say that "safety work has only a starting point and no end point". As long as an enterprise has normal business activities, there will always be safety risks. Day after day, year after year, managers need to find ways to improve facilities and eliminate hidden dangers. Carry out safety education.
