In the past year, each unit has carefully formulated the implementation plan of safety education activities based on the actual situation of the enterprise, and used the "Safety Education Reader" compiled by the company to carry out safety training and publicity work for all employees. Two cement companies and Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory have specially established safety production accidents. Propaganda walls, using many typical accident cases, reveal the harmfulness of illegal operations with blood lessons; all enterprises have organized various emergency rescue drills for many times, in the safety production system, we focused on finding and repairing loopholes, and at the same time strengthened on-site inspection and assessment; some companies also organized safety knowledge examinations. At the group company level, it specially organized the compilation of educational readers, organized safety knowledge competitions to improve the learning effect, revised the traffic safety management system and newly introduced equipment maintenance, power transmission and startup management systems. In addition, secondary safety knowledge training was organized according to the accidents and violations of the company and employees. In order to cooperate with the activities of the education year, the "Peak News" has opened a safety education year column to encourage employees to put forward opinions and suggestions on safety management and report the safety activities of each unit in a timely manner. Over the past year, "Jianfeng Bao" has published a total of 101 articles related to production safety, including 29 articles in the safety column, forming a good publicity atmosphere and better promoting safety education and training. The

year of safety education is about to come to an end. from the visual effect, so far this year, a total of 5 minor safety accidents have occurred, resulting in 4 minor injuries, a significant decrease from the previous year. it can be seen that safety education has achieved certain results. Unfortunately, three of these accidents occurred in the fourth quarter. Although objectively the fourth quarter itself is a period of high incidence of accidents, it is undeniable that the safety education and training work has indeed been relaxed after entering the fourth quarter. On the one hand, the annual training plan arranged by the enterprise has been basically completed, on the other hand, the fourth quarter is also the peak sales season of the enterprise, the production task is relatively heavy, and the safety activities are relatively reduced. In addition, the employees' own safety awareness was not good enough, and the safety operation procedures were not strictly implemented, resulting in accidents that should not have occurred.

People often say that "safety work has only a starting point and no end point". As long as an enterprise has normal business activities, there will always be safety risks. Day after day, year after year, managers need to find ways to improve facilities and eliminate hidden dangers. Carry out safety education. In recent years, the company has carried out self-examination and self-correction of potential safety hazards, safety standardization management, creation of accident-free factories and safety education year activities are all efforts to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. As an important part of safety management, safety education needs to persevere to achieve all-round, no dead ends, and full coverage.

For safety education work, I personally feel that the safety publicity methods on the train are worth learning from. Although the content of the broadcast is simple and boring, the effect is that the warning of violation is kept in mind, so even the biggest addicts dare not smoke in the car. This kind of advertising-style safety education, through mandatory and repeated publicity, achieves everyone's knowledge, urges people to act according to regulations, eliminates hidden dangers, and guarantees safety. In the process of enterprise safety education, if some common, prone to violations, often propaganda and dissuasion, can also achieve some unexpected results.

2018 is about to pass, and the new year has beckoned to us. As an activity, the year of safety education is drawing to a close, but the work of safety education still has a long way to go and cannot be relaxed. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the large-scale inspection, daye peak management team has repeatedly communicated and discussed with the heads of relevant workshops and departments, and held a special workshop post optimization promotion meeting in September to clarify objectives and responsibilities, formulate implementation steps, and do a lot of preparatory work. At the kick-off meeting for the implementation of the large-scale inspection on October 31, Zhang Fengliang asked daye peak employees to recognize the current situation of serious cement overcapacity and cruel market competition, understand the necessity of implementing the large-scale inspection, and asked the workshop leaders to do a good job in training and guiding the employees, shorten the transition period, normalize the operation of the large-scale inspection as soon as possible, and at the same time, managers should also change their working ideas and concepts and do a good job in full-time, strengthen the inspection, overhaul and maintenance of the regular day shift, and find and solve the problems existing in the equipment and process in time.
