In the enterprise, some jobs seem ordinary and ordinary, but they are indispensable. The colleagues in these positions have been working hard for many years, but they are still working hard, meticulous and full-hearted. Duan Qingfang, a cleaner of Yunnan Jianfeng Comprehensive Management Department, is such an employee. She is not tall and plain in appearance, but she has a tenacity in her bones. She can always maintain a good and optimistic attitude in case of great difficulties and never flinches.

What are we doing at four in the morning? Except for a few colleagues on the night shift, most of us must still be asleep. But Duan Qingfang has already started to work. She has to clean the factory area and the living area, large and small 20 toilets. The busiest time is from 4 to 8 in the morning. She needs to walk all over the factory area, and the walking distance is more than 4 kilometers. At the busiest time, she can't even take care of breakfast.

Duan Qingfang took over the job in 2016 6 . Before her, several people resigned because they were too dirty and tired, or did not persist for a few months, or the work was perfunctory and the cleaning quality was very poor, which caused dissatisfaction among many employees. Later, the leader of the comprehensive department found that Duan Qingfang was hard-working and had a strong sense of responsibility. After communication, he handed over the heavy burden to her. In addition to the employees of the cement plant, foreign personnel such as suppliers, customers, cargo drivers, raw material drivers and government personnel who visit every day can imagine how heavy the sanitation and cleaning work will be. With so many toilets, Duan Qingfang has to clean them twice a day and make sure that the toilets are clean at all times. When doing cleaning, it is inevitable to come into contact with chemical cleaning agents such as toilet cleaning agents. Over time, Duan Qingfang's hands are also damaged by these chemical agents, and the skin becomes rough. But she never thought of giving up this job, always maintaining an optimistic attitude, using her hard work and sweat to contribute to the environmental sanitation of the factory area, and casting extraordinary value in ordinary positions.

Because of writing this article, I wanted to take a photo of Duan Qingfang, but she was introverted and shy and insisted on not taking the photo, and she didn't want the company to report her, and modestly said that she had not done enough.

When you go to work every day, you will be moved to see clean and tidy toilets and clean washbasins. There is a sentence in the book "No Excuses": "Everyone's work is made up of small things. All successful people do the same simple small things as we do. The only difference is that they never think what they do is simple". Success is a process of continuous accumulation.
