My main job was to be responsible for production data report statistics and raw material purchase settlement statistics. I remember when I first took over, there was a paper bag settlement. Because the calculator defaulted to four decimal places, the calculation process automatically rounded off. The calculation result led to the paper bag breaking rate exceeding the standard. The supplier needed to deduct 5,000 yuan. Later, when I found an error during the review, I immediately changed it. After this incident, I deeply feel that I have a great responsibility for my work, and any slight mistake will cause irreparable losses. Every indicator, every decimal point is crucial and should not be lost.
I firmly believe that seeking truth is a lock that opens the door to your career. The work of settlement statements is actually extremely cumbersome and complex, with more settlement indicators.
