In fact, if you think about it again, I think seriousness is the most important thing. Seriously is an attitude towards life. If you are not serious, where does the money come from, where does the feelings come from, and where does the status come from. From the day I entered the peak, I have been thinking: the peak has given me the stage of life, so what kind of mood should I use to treat my life and what kind of attitude should I use to repay the company? Therefore, today, I will use the theme of "the peak benefits my life, I return the peak I true" as the theme to interpret and report my mental journey and growth experience.

I firmly believe that being serious is a door to a happy life. Seriously is an attitude. It is not simple to do every simple thing well, and it is extraordinary to do every ordinary thing well. Three years ago, with anxiety and longing, I became an ordinary employee of Daye Peak. My main job was to be responsible for production data report statistics and raw material purchase settlement statistics. I remember when I first took over, there was a paper bag settlement. Because the calculator defaulted to four decimal places, the calculation process automatically rounded off. The calculation result led to the paper bag breaking rate exceeding the standard. The supplier needed to deduct 5,000 yuan. Later, when I found an error during the review, I immediately changed it. After this incident, I deeply feel that I have a great responsibility for my work, and any slight mistake will cause irreparable losses. Every indicator, every decimal point is crucial and should not be lost.

I firmly believe that seeking truth is a lock that opens the door to your career. The work of settlement statements is actually extremely cumbersome and complex, with more settlement indicators. The whole statistical process of the report requires great patience and meticulousness, and every link must be true and correct.

After understanding these principles, I calmed down and fell in love with that ordinary job, which was also affirmed by leaders and colleagues.

I firmly believe that holding truth is a fire that illuminates the heart. Nowadays, the true love of the peak has condensed the sincerity of every employee, whether it is the technicians who work overtime to repair the equipment, or the workers who patrol the inspection in the scorching sun, or the brightly lit central control room and laboratory at night.
