This year is the 25 anniversary of the establishment of the cable company, and it is also the 25 year of my work in the cable company. The current chairman of the group company, Jiang, is always the founder and pioneer of the cable company. He crossed the line from cement to cable. On the one hand, he humbly asked experts for advice. On the other hand, he thought about himself. He visited the main markets and customers in person. After running the market, he went to the workshop. At that time, it was common for Party members and cadres to work overtime. They did not pay in return, but only paid. It was the hard work and dedication of this group of party members that influenced me, sprouted the idea of joining the party, and joined the ranks of party members.
One day in 1996 , the then sales manager Li Qiang and the salesman Zhang Suwen went to Lishui on a business trip. On the way back, the car turned over into a rice field. Although they were not injured, they came back with mud. A female comrade in Zhang Suwen changed into a pair of green army trousers of Jiang Zong without suitable trousers. Her waist was too big, so she used the twisted wire of the cable factory as the belt. The current boss, Li Jinzhi, was doing after-sales service at that time. At that time, the order 2400 had a large number of city telephone cables, with three or four tons per plate and more than 20 tons per car. On one occasion, he escorted the car to deliver the cable to Liling, Hunan province. he overturned on the road in the middle of the night and waited until dawn the next day to see the scene. one side was a cliff and the other was a reservoir. it was really frightening, but he just took a rest and continued to deliver the goods the next day. In 1997 , our peak cable became the designated supplier of 10 provinces and one of the 50 cable factories selected by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications nationwide.
With the alternative application of optical fiber, the overall downturn in the cable industry, our company's leading product sales decline, the market gradually shrinking. In 2009 , the group implemented the division contract system for cable companies. The contractors boldly reformed and innovated, made changes in unified goals, one person with multiple posts, on-site management, sales incentives, etc., and boldly cooperated with industry leaders to use their high requirements and high standards to improve our internal management level and use customers' resources to reduce raw material procurement costs. Our morning meeting has gone through its tenth year since 2009 . Employees have been nervous for the first time to share what they see and think confidently and fluently. We do "three thanksgiving" and "three prayers" at the morning meeting every day, thanking customers for giving us space to survive and develop, thanking peak for giving us opportunities to work, and thanking peak cable for giving us a platform to realize ourselves. Pray for the prosperous business of customers, pray for the prosperity of peak, and pray for our harmony and happiness. The morning meeting gave us a better understanding of what persistence is and also gained the growth and significance of our efforts.
As a sales worker, I deeply know the importance of marketing and sales to an enterprise. Since 4 this year, our monthly orders have been setting new records one by one. 7 February has set the highest number of orders received in a single month in the recent 10 years. This year our sales team's goal is to increase 40% from last year's , and cable companies will also change sales that have been hovering for 10 years. The cable company has gradually become better in recent years, which stems from the fact that we have a good leader, the support of the group company all the time, and the spirit of hard struggle, realistic innovation and not giving up lightly in the peak culture.
Time flies. In a twinkling of an eye, the cable company has gone through 25 years, but it is only a stream in the long river of peak 60 years. The first payment of peak 2013 corporate bonds is completed.
On June 5, Jianfeng Group's payment of principal and interest of corporate bonds (Phase I) in 2013 was successfully completed. On June 5, 2013, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Jianfeng Group's 2013 corporate bonds (Phase I) were publicly issued with an issue amount of RMB 0.3 billion. The issue of corporate bonds is a 5-year fixed-rate bond with a coupon rate increase option and an investor resale option at the end of the third year, with a debt rating of AA + (up to AAA). The coupon rate of the bonds was determined by market bidding and was finally determined at 4.90 per cent, which was 1.55 percentage points lower than the benchmark interest rate of the five-year bank loan at the time, fully reflecting the capital market's affirmation of Jianfeng Group. After the issuance of Jianfeng Group's 2013 corporate bonds (the first phase), it was listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 2 of that year.
