New North Card Completed Gas Source Transformation of RTO System
News from our newspaper Recently, Anhui New North Card Chemical Co., Ltd. reformed the gas source of RTO system, applying idle air compressors to RTO system and VOCs online system.
Anhui Xinbei Card generally consumes 8-10 tons / according to the original operation. After RTO was put into operation, the consumption of liquid nitrogen increased significantly. For this reason, the equipment department organized and carried out nitrogen leak detection work. it was found that the design liquid nitrogen consumption of RTO system was 24 tons / months, and the actual consumption was basically maintained at 15 tons / months.
Anhui Xinbei Card has a 7.5 kW screw air compressor with a displacement of 1.2 cubic meters / hours idle, which is calculated to meet the air consumption of RTO system and VOCs online system. As a result, Anhui Xinbei Card moved the original 5.5 kW VOCs special air compressor to the sewage station, changed the idle air compressor to compressed air, and applied it to the RTO system and the VOCs online system. After a day of intense construction, the renovation was completed and RTO was in normal operation.
RTO is the waste gas incinerator that uses the heat generated by the combustion of auxiliary fuel to increase the temperature of combustible harmful gases to the reaction temperature, thereby causing oxidation and decomposition. The more commonly used fuels are diesel, heavy oil and natural gas, but the processing cost is higher. The new North Card adopts electric heating RTO , the treatment efficiency reaches above 95% , and the methanol absorption liquid generated by the waste gas treatment in the workshop can be used as fuel, thus saving electricity consumption and relatively low treatment cost. In addition, the use of electric heating RTO , no longer produce new pollution factors, such as SO2 , NOx , etc. According to the calculation of the operating cost in the past two months, all electric heating is used. when the operating power consumption of RTO is about 1200 kW, and when the alternating methanol is about 500 kW, the online index of VOCs is below 10 mg / cubic meters (national standard 120 mg / cubic meters) on average. According to the calculation of liquid nitrogen consumption, it is estimated that 2 yuan can be saved every month. (Lu Xianhui)
