This exercise simulated the ethanol injection leakage of the bottom valve of the alcohol tank in the extraction workshop. When the valve was closed to stop the leakage, an on-site operator suffered acute poisoning and fainting due to inhalation of high-concentration ethanol gas, which was discovered by another on-site operator and rescued (artificial respiration) on site. Later, it was reported to "120 " and sent to the hospital by ambulance for rescue. If a fire is caused by the sudden discharge of hazardous chemicals, the fire system will alarm, and the workshop will immediately organize the fire fighting and rescue team to carry out fire fighting operations. The person in charge of the workshop will report to the commander-in-chief of the emergency rescue site headquarters by telephone. The commander-in-chief will immediately start the factory-level emergency plan according to the report. All emergency rescue teams will immediately go to the scene to rescue and put out the fire.
The whole exercise is divided into two parts: the content study of the "Emergency Rescue Exercise Plan for Hazardous Chemicals Leakage Accident" and the emergency exercise for hazardous chemicals leakage accident scenes. The feasibility of the "Emergency Rescue Exercise Plan for Hazardous Chemicals Leakage Accident" is tested, and the emergency response capability of the emergency team and employees of the plant medicine factory in response to emergencies is further improved.
