With the careful guidance and selfless help of my colleagues, I stopped power transmission for the first time, dealt with equipment failure for the first time, participated in equipment maintenance for the whole plant for the first time, and communicated with equipment manufacturers for the first time... From the beginning of ignorance, to the present calm treatment, every progress will make me laugh like a child.

Of course, I have also experienced difficulties. At the beginning, I felt that I didn't know anything. I didn't have enough experience and ability to solve problems in the face of work difficulties. I was very anxious and helpless. I was depressed for a time and even thought about giving up. However, in the work of the security team, I received selfless help from leaders and predecessors. Under their guidance, I quickly walked out of the shadows, met what I would not, carefully consulted the predecessors, and learned to adjust my emotions in my work and deal with problems calmly and carefully. After two years of training, the crude and timid boy disappeared at the beginning. Now he has experienced the baptism of an enterprise with 60 years of cultural accumulation. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association.
